Nightstar nodded glad they both agreed that they would meet every half moon. Though where would they meet? They surely couldn't meet here. They where lucky a patrol hadn't come along yet. It turned out that Sunstar was thinking along the same lines. "The island, the only time cats go there is for the gathering. It would be the perfect place to meet up every half moon. And if anyone looks for us they would be looking in the territory not outside of it. For what reason would we have to leave our territory in the middle of the night," he purred softly.

When Nightstar spoke, she listened and smiled. Perfect she purred. This is going to work. she thought. We better get back before the clans notice that we are gone and then start questioning us. she said. She stepped forward and gave Nightstar a lick on the cheek and then stepped back. Next gathering I will meet my kits and I hope they won't be to disappointed in me. she thought. if only I didn't give them up and kept them instead but then the clan would of went down in flames. she thought. |

Nightstar smiled as Sunstar stepped forward he brushed his muzzle against hers and licked her cheek. "Good bye for now Sunstar." Turning Nightstar started to pad away. He looked behind him several times before Sunstar was finally out of sight. He sighed and took off running. He had found the most beautiful and kind mate. But things could get troublesome if anyone ever found out that the leaders of Thunderclan and Windclan where in love. So lost in thoughts was he that he didn't realize he was already back at camp. Blinking he sighed and padded into camp and grabbed a squirrel and padded into his den.
