SHORT DESCRIPTION A light brown bengal cat with unique darker brown markings and bright amber eyes.
APPEARANCE: Niko is a lean and swift cat. His legs are long and good for running. His back legs are very muscular much like what you would see in a Skyclan cat. He is light brown with very unique dark brown markings. His eyes are a bright amber color. His tail is actually very short about two inches long. It is obvious that it was bitten off at one time by something. You would think with such a short tail that he would have bad balance. But he actually has excellent balance.

DISLIKES: getting wet, the cold, other cats bugging him.
FEARS: drowning, thunder storms

PERSONALITY: Niko is extremely intelligent. He likes to make cats think. So he will often ask a cat a question, or state a riddle or quote that really makes the cat think. Many times one of quotes or riddles or questions will actually change a cat. Sometimes for the good. But once in a great while they will change for the bad.
Niko is constantly moving, he doesn't look for cat's to help. They find him. He is know far and wide around the lake. Some cat's know him as the prophet. For he will occasionally see messages in the stars. Most of the time they are minor things such as telling a cat not to take a certain path for a few days. Or maybe a love letter from a loved one who passed on. But once in a rare while he will receive a message that could save a cats life. He never knows when he will receive a message.

HISTORY
Before Birth
Niko was born to Xana and Kobi in a long deserted twoleg place that was half destroyed. His mother was a beautiful bengal cat. A kittypet to begin with. But when she met his father Kobi she left her catered life and became a loner. His father loved Xana very much. He taught her how to hunt, climb trees and even swim. And when she told him she was heavy with kits. Kobi was over joyed. He took very good care of Xana during the time she carried them. When the kits where born Kobi was a proud father. He named Niko and Ferris. While Xana named their sister Apple after her mother.
Kithood
As kits things where never a bore. As soon as they opened their eyes and could walk they where constantly wondering off. Niko always the leader while Ferris was always willing to try one of his new crazy antics. But Apple was usually the one to talk sense into them. Telling them that their plans where dangerous. She talked them out of many crazy antics and probably saved their life more than once. Though their was one time that Apple was not able to talk them out of. She refused to go with them. The fact that she didn't go with them probably saved her life. Niko led Ferris out of the territory and into the unknown. They where about four moons old and it was the farthest they had ever gone. They walked until they found this old rock ledge with a large dark hole in it. Niko couldn't help but be curious about it. What he hadn't expected was that it was the den of a fox. Niko yowled a warning and Ferris was able to climb a tree in time. But as he turned and ran the fox grabbed his tail. Just as the fox was dragging him into the den his father showed up and attacked the fox with their mother at his side. The fox let Niko go and he gran trailing blood up a tree and to his brother. They watched as their parents fought fiercely side by side. At one point their mother jumped on the back of the fox and sunk her fangs into the back of the neck. The fox enraged slammed it's back against a tree. A large crack could be heard through out the trees as they watched their mother fall limp to the ground. Their father now enraged killed the fox than ran to Xana. But her neck had been broken and she had died.
After that things changed. His father was furious with Niko and shunned him for almost two months. He would constantly snap at him and yell at him. At one point Niko ran away. And it made his father realize what he had done. He had gone in search for Niko. He was gone for half a moon before Kobi found him. And by than he was nothing but skin and bones. It took him until he was eight moons old to recover from his adventure. At that point his powers had awakened. Kobi started to train his kits. And for the next four moons they did nothing but train. Hunting, fighting, climbing, swimming. You name it he trained them in it. He even taught them how to fish. While Apple and Ferris where naturals at swimming Niko struggled to learn. And almost drowned twice. After that he refused to go in the water again.
Adults
By the age of twelve moons Niko was fully trained. He had mastered his powers as well as hunting, fishing, fighting and tree climbing. The only thing he hadn't mastered was swimming. And that was fine with him. He said goodbye to his family. Told him he wanted to explore and discover new places. He left his family. And traveled many places. But once a moon he travels back home and visits his family. Especially Apple. His little sister has become very important to him. He is very protective of her.
